Our olive trees are 70 years old, with a yield of about 4 kg of extra virgin olive oil per tree.

The resulting oil is characterized by a very low acidity and a delicately fruity flavour, with light floral tones and a herbaceous taste. The finish is soft, slightly bitter. Perfect for raw fish, seafood in general, vegetables and white meats.
